Shipping policy

Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products—including guides, workbooks, templates, courses, and financial education materials—are delivered via email after purchase. Because these items are immediately accessible, they are not eligible for shipping, refunds, or returns.

If you experience an issue accessing your files, contact us at info@plantwealthseeds.com and we will ensure your materials are delivered successfully.


Physical Products

Physical items sold through Plant Wealth Seeds—such as the Where Is Titi? children’s book, printed teen workbooks, or branded materials—are processed and shipped by Milgendei LLC or our partners within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if applicable).


Shipping Timelines

Shipping times may vary based on:

  • destination country

  • carrier delays

  • customs processing

  • holidays or high-volume seasons

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed, and delays outside of our control may occur.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
Rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery windows.


International Shipping

International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on local customs and carrier processing in your region. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes required by their country.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership passes to the customer. Milgendei LLC is not responsible for:

  • packages marked “delivered”

  • delays caused by carriers

  • lost or stolen items

  • incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are unable to reroute packages once shipped.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.


Damaged Orders

If your physical product arrives damaged, please email info@plantwealthseeds.com within 48 hours of receipt of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the damaged item

  • photos of the packaging

We will either replace the item or provide a resolution based on availability.


Preorders & Special Releases

Items marked preorder will ship based on the estimated timeline listed on the product page. Placing a preorder means you agree to the stated wait time.
